Upon registration at www.passionatelypink.org, team captains receive activation kits with details about the program, specially designed pins and creative ways to make the day extra special.
“I will be wearing pink as often as I can in October," said Smith, the reigning MISS USA®. "I invite young activists to visit Komen's Facebook group page to meet fellow advocates and to see my Passionately Pink wardrobe. I'm also encouraging my friends and family to sign up online and join my team by making a contribution to this worthy cause. "
