State Farm Insurance®

Susan G. Komen for the Cure welcomes State Farm Insurance® as a new partner in the breast cancer movement. From April 15, 2008, through July 15, 2008, State Farm will donate $1 to Komen for the Cure for every completed questionnaire received by mail or online at www.sfredportfolio.com/komen, in response to a State Farm Insurance direct mailing. State Farm will donate a minimum of $100,000 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure with a maximum donation of $300,000.

Guaranteed Donation: $100,000 up to $300,000
