In support of National Breast Cancer Awareness month and Susan G. Komen for the Cure, General Mill's #43 car, driven by Bobby Labonte, and M&Ms #38 car, driven by David Gilliland, swapped pink paint with the rest of the NASCAR field at the October 13th Bank of America 500 at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC.
"We're going to be making a difference out there today and it's going to go beyond winning the race," said Labonte. "Winning the race is going to be our goal, but even if we don't, we're making an impact on people's lives. That makes us feel pretty good."
Breast cancer research wouldn't be possible without the corporate underwriting and support of corporations.
Because of their generosity toward our cause, we salute all of our corporate partners with our heartfelt thanks.
